The Avenging Angels side mission requires the player to kill a number of criminals within a time limit, similar to the Vigilante side mission.
To successfully complete this job you have to complete 15 levels on all three islands.
As always try to start this side mission before the end of the game in order to avoid problems with the gangs in the city.
