This is an open source LUA plugin so you will need the LUA plugin which you can download here: http://suitedentertainment.com/gta-v You will also need ScriptHookV

This Plugin Spawns a bunch of SWAT characters with Special Carbines that will follow you around, drive with you, attack with you, and get in your cars.

Just unpack the two files into the scripts folder in your GTA directory, or add the SWATteam module to your main.lua if you have other mods you’d like to keep.

Press F3 to spawn them!
