There are two Import / Export Garages in Liberty City. One can be found in Portland docks and the other in Shoreside Vale.
An Import / Export Garage gives you a list of vehicles to collect and park in the garage. Once you have completed the list, you can gain access to any of the vehicles on the list just by entering the garage.
