Rage Team & Rockstar Modding Studio have joined forces, we will keep the name Rage Team.
What does this mean? It means the best of both worlds, RMS project GTA IV: San Andreas will share their knowlegde, research, scripts & tools with Rage Team's Vice City Rage project knowledge, research, script & tools!
How does it benefit both mods? IV:SA will get stuff like the races from VCR, Rage Team member Den89 will make trailer from time to time. VCR got our audio tool and will get a sophisticated installer. Apart from that we share the research both team have gathered throughout months...years.
Will IVSA team work on VCR and VCR team on IVSA? No, the teams stay intact, also IVSA has a seperate Dev team, apart from Rage Team, just like it was apart from RMS.
What are the plans? VCR keeps there plan to release updates from time to time, IVSA works on the 'Welcome to Venturas' update, scheduled to release this spring!
Vice City Rage team have released first beta, for those that havent been following this mod, its basically Vice City running in GTAIV: EFLC Rage engine - so it looks great, with nice physics! be sure to check it out!
